Danny Dover’s first full-length book of poetry, Tasting Precious Metal, was published by Antrim House Books in 2014. He previously published a chapbook in 2005, Thankful Soup, Kindness Tea. Danny was a 2013 Pushcart nominee. His poems have appeared in various journals including Oberon, Blueline, and Bloodroot. Danny received his B.A. from Antioch College in 1971. He is a semi-retired concert piano technician who worked at Dartmouth College for seventeen years. Previously he worked as a folk-singer, contradance musician, dulcimer maker, foundry patternmaker, and surveyor. Danny lives with his wife Mary in a remodeled schoolhouse in Bethel, Vermont.
