Born in Brooklyn, Ivy Schweitzer lives and gardens in Norwich, Vermont, and has taught American Literature and Women’s and Gender Studies at Dartmouth College. She writes about cultural identity and social justice from an eco-feminist and Jewish perspective. Her poems have appeared recently in Passager, Ritualwell, Tikkun, New Croton Review, Mississippi Review, Spoon River Poetry Review andThe New England Poetry Club’s Prize Winners’ Anthology 2024.Two award-winning poems will appear in The Mountain Troubadour, journal of the Poetry Society of Vermont.
